1. Services

Buena provides design, development and production services for websites and software, delivered on the platform agreed with each client (HTML, Figma, WordPress, Shopify or otherwise), as described in a project proposal or statement of work.

2. Engagements

Each project is governed by its own written scope, timeline and pricing. These general terms apply alongside, and do not replace, any signed agreement.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due on the schedule set out in the proposal.

4. Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Buena retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Each proposal specifies an included number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.

6. Liability

Buena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered work. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
